I am proud to announce a totally new concept that
has taken birth just today. Veretekk News Radio is the brainchild of Butch
Hamilton and Dr. Raymond Jewell. Within this format, SEO Podcasts,
Financial Freedom Insights and a total spectrum of other newsworth podcasts will
be uploaded to webpages, and distributed across Google for people to benefit
from.
As a podcaster for years, I know the power of
creating podcasts. They do extremely well on search engines for notoriety
and presence if you approach your business in the right way. Podcasts are
a way for people to listen to the creators talk about systems and strategies
that will assist them in building their own businesses.
Podcasting is an interesting tool that I use in
SEO business regularly. I am not selling my next newest and biggest deal
on the Intenret. I am simply giving real time information and solutions
that people either see value in, or they do not. Iin this particular
article, I will tell you about some of the podcasts that are already avaialable
from a great podcasting resource known as TalkShoeRadio.
I have been using TalkShoeRadio for quite
sometime. I use this service to talk about search engine optimization and
search engine marketing techniques. This system allows me to upload these
podcasts, people can then choose to listen to topics that interest them. I
get a large number of downloads from TalkShoe. I do know for a fact
that Google loves podcasting. There are a certain number of search engine
spider bots that scan the net in search of live information, in the format of
podcasting. In other words, these are a great online promoting system to
use to the full benefit to promote your business.

In this article, I am going to pursue an element that is so often overlooked, but should be thought about to a large degree. Over analyzing your work on Google is the worst thing that you can possibly do for your online business. Over the years, I have lectured and trained many people in search engine optimization. By and large, the people that seem to have the most problems in learning the process are the ones that over analyze every small detail in this process.
Search engine optimization, at the core, is a beautifully simple process. You simply choose a high traffic keyword, build a keyword specific website, place information daily, using that keyword string and you have a very successful seo campaign in the works.
Here is the problem. People tend to be very analytical and anal, if you wish, to this approach. Like Tom Prendergast relates very nicely, this story concerning this issue. "If you are in the military, and the enemy is attacking you, are you really going to ask what makes this rifle work? Or, are you just going to point the rifle, and kill the enemy?" Personally, I choose taking the enemy out. This is precisely my approach to SEO as well. I am going to first visualize where I want to go with my presentation on Google. After that, I am going to choose the high traffic keyword, write the articles and everything else that I do.
Honestly, how hard can this process be, folks? But having said that, how many articles did you write today to promote your online business? How many websites did you build today? How many press releases did you write today, to promote your online business? If you are like most people that I talk with, you have just not gotten around to that process yet. I have one more question for you. What have you done today to build your business? If you have done a lot of chatting, or talking, then you probably are falling short of your goals.
You must begin to visualize what you want to accomplish. You must not over analyze this process. If you do, you will simply become just another case of someone who is not being successful in a home business. You will join the ranks of the 95% who are not having success. Do you wish to become a statistic. I know for a fact that I will be in top 5% of people that do make money.

You need to become educated by coming to the training classes, take notes and listen to what these people are telling you. Without this level of commitment, I can guarantee you that you will simply fall into the obscure category of one that is not being successful. We all have the option to choose our own destinies within Veretekk. I trust that you will choose the wiser path.

What are you doing with the dog days of summer?
Every year in the customer side of my business we experience the dog days of summer for a few weeks. This summer I'm using these dog days as an opportunity to really focus on our team SEO campaign. A few years ago I buckled down and did an SEO campaign the hard way and it took about 6 to 8 weeks to hit the top of google for my keywords. Since then I have participated on a few team SEO campaigns what a difference that makes, when everybody is working as a team! I don't remember exactly how long it took to get noticed in the Search Engines but it didn't take long.
I have learned when working as a team you must focus on what is best for the team and it's members first. In the Veretekk Platinum Control Panel you have 2 links that can be configured to what ever links you choose. At first glimpse I thought our team site RSS feed should be one link, but decided on my capture page forwarding to a rotator and our team forum instead.
Let me explain...
I know that people buy from people and they don't care how much you know till they know how much you care. Hopefully that makes sense to you. Bottom line to really have success online you need to promote yourself not the products or the company your represent. It's all about you, that's one reason social networking is working so well that many brick and mortar companies are hiring marketing people just to do social marketing for them.
So here's what we are doing on my SEO team, when someone decides to optin from my capture page they are directed to a rotator where each team members site is rotated in. This makes a huge benefit for the SEO team member. The SEO team member can take advantage of the years of experience I have online and the brand/image I've worked diligently on to create. I and the SEO team member will be working with the newest person getting them going. It's a win win situation for everyone. Over time each SEO team member will be taught to create their own brand/image online and branch off with a Veretekk Platinum Control Panel for their team.
This is has been my vision, now it's a plan that's taken action. How about you? Do you have a vision for your business? One great trait of leadership is having a vision. Have you ever heard the saying "You must stand for something or you'll fall for everything". I see this happening lots with online businesses. As a leader, you must first have a strong vision then learn to communicate your vision to the your team.
Here's how you do that...
Learn to paint a picture with words. Speak it. Write it. Draw it. Touch it. Whatever methods you can use to create a picture. Just do it, as they say. "A picture is worth a thousand words."
Ask a few of your team members to tell you in their own words about your vision. How close is it to what you thought they understood? Is your team on the same page as you?
As you work, your vision should be on your mind everyday. You should re-evaluate it occasionally so it stays current with the pulse of the Internet. Remember your team must be just as involved as you are with change. How about you does your team communicate daily and/or have weekly web conferences keeping everyone in the loop? Our team does.

Basically I am feed up with the lack of ethics found in many marketers on the Internet
And we have our fair share of them subscribing to Veretekk. Let me illustrate.
For instance: Wirangi Pera, who has been a Veretekk subscriber since 2008-02-13. In fact I have had many Skype chats with him helping him with his system on an ongoing basis. In fact the last time I was chatting with him helping him, was just a few days ago. Today I discovered he has charged back all of his charges including his first month claiming that he tried to cancel his account. But he has been actively using the system everyday. In fact when I canceled his account today he Skyped me within minutes wanting to know why his system turned silver. When I told him about the charge backs, he left the Skype chat and I have not heard from him since.
Amazing! This is indicative of a total lack of ethics. So I came up with an idea.
To publicly humiliate these culprits! So, from now on every week, those that file charge backs against Veretekk, will find themselves fully displayed in this column. Furthermore, they will also find themselves posted for public viewing on Chargebackcheats.

The Flood Of Testimonials Continues
Real People With Real Results!
Like thousands of others, I came to the Internet a few years ago looking for a way to earn a living from home right from my own computer. I married young (soon after high school) and was able to stay home to raise my now-grown kids and participate in all their school and extra curricular activities.

I jumped on board, dug in and learned how to set up and use the basics of Veretekk very quickly, duplicating the successful results of other group members. With each other's help and support, we are coming to experience what a powerful and progressive marketing system Veretekk really is, and how much more we can utilize it by tapping into more Veretekk training!
Today, I market the very same system I stumbled across a few short months ago (of which Veretekk is a major component) using safe lists and the Veretekk system. I discovered Veretekk about 16 months ago while looking for effective and affordable marketing methods to promote my MLM & Affiliate programs.
For years I tried buying premium leads, bought hits to my websites, sent thousands of post cards, posted flyers all over, handed out business cards, hounded family & friends, gave out free samples. bought people lunch and drew circles on napkins, used the three foot rule. You name it - I've likely tried it - in regards to marketing methods.

I like to use the term Visualization Marketing which very well describes the art and science of visualizing your success in any endeavor that you might choose to approach on Google. I began my journey with visualization marketing years ago. I found on Google, a series of well written articles by none other than the famous Bill Gates. I read his articles and became intensely interested in this thing called visualization marketing.
I believe that visualization is the first step in achieving desired success. You must first visualize your sucess. This sets up a strategic series of events that will lead to that inevitable process. You have probably heard of The Secret many times. Everyone says that you must see The Secret. In all actuality, there is no real secret to visualization. It is simply the act of thinking about what you wish to accomplish. You envision this and thereby, you have setup these events to become reality.
When I speak to others about visualization, this can act as the opposite just as effectively. If you are consistently thinking that you cannot be successful, cannot make money, cannot pay your bills and that you cannot achieve any type of success, then you will be exactly right. Your self talk can be your best friend, or your worst enemy.
When I hear people say, and believe you me, I hear this statement many times per week, "I cannot make any money online." They have set themselves up for failure. Conversely, if you maintain a positive approach to the art and science of wealth creation, and visualize your success, then you will achieve that.
It is a universal law of life that states what we think is what we become. When you think can't, won't, shouldn't or any other negatives, that is exactly what you will get. Its time to begin to understand that any, and all, success that you have, begins with your self talk. Until you grab hold of this one universal principle. you are destined to fail time after time, both in real life and in an online business as well.
There is a work around to this issue. Stop everything that you are doing now. Visualize what your objectives are. What pumps you up? What motivates you? What drives you to become more than you think you can be? When you answer these questions, you are then ready to begin the work.

Query A request for information, usually to a

Paid placement A guaranteed listing that appears
next to search results, usually in relation to specified keywords. In response
to recent Federal Trade Commission guidelines, many search engines clearly
identify paid placements
as “sponsored links” and run them separately from
the editorial portion of the page. Paid placement programs are typically based
on cost-per-click (CPC) or cost-per-thousand (CPM) pricing, and the cost is
higher than paid inclusion ads. Also known as pay-for-placement.
Paid inclusion Guaranteed inclusion on a search
engine’s results in exchange for payment, without any guarantee of how high the
listing will appear. A paid inclusion appears to the user as an editorial
listing rather than as a sponsored link. Pricing is typically based on a fl at
fee or index fee.
Search advertising enables you to target your ads
to the right customers at exactly the right time: when they are seeking
information about your product or service. Advertisers choose which keywords
they want their ads associated with, then their ads appear on search results
pages or on content pages of sites related to those keywords. Targeting works
hand in
hand with relevance to improve the effectiveness of your ad
campaign.

Sales leads
A sales lead is the identity of a person or entity
potentially interested in purchasing a product or service, and represents the
first stage of a sales process. The lead may have a corporation or business
associated (a B2B lead) with the person(s). Sales leads come from either
marketing lead generation processes such as trade shows, direct marketing,
advertising, Internet marketing or from sales person prospecting activities such
as cold calling. For a sales lead to qualify as a sales prospect, or
equivalently to move a lead from the process step sales lead to the process
sales prospect, qualification must be performed and evaluated. Typically this
involves identifying by direct interrogation the lead's product applicability,
availability of funding, and time frame for purchase. This is also the entry
point of a sales tunnel, sales funnel or sales pipeline.
Once a qualified lead exists, additional
operations may be performed such as background research on the lead's employer,
general market of the lead, contact information beyond that provided initially
or other information useful for contacting and evaluating a lead for elevation
to prospect, the next sales step.
If a sales lead eventually makes a purchase, this
is called conversion and a closed sale. The ratio of sales leads that convert is
often referred to as the conversion rate, a way to measure the effectiveness of
a sales process, sales team, or sales person.
Brand marketers also use online lead generation to
generate marketing leads. Marketing leads were introduced to the online lead
generation market in 2007. Till then, a large portion of the online lead
generation market was focused on generating sales leads.
Sales leads are generic leads that are generated
on the basis of demographic criteria such as FICO score, income, age, HHI, etc.
These leads are often resold to multiple advertisers. Sales leads are typically
followed up through phone calls by the sales force. They are commonly found in
the mortgage, insurance and finance industries.
Marketing leads are brand-specific leads generated
for a unique advertiser offer. In contrast to sales leads, marketing leads can
only be sold to to a unique advertiser. Marketing leads are generated for a
unique brand – Wells Fargo, Coca Cola, etc. Marketing leads are typically
generated for e-newsletter lists, email databases, member loyalty programs,
community sites or for vendor-specific sales efforts. Sales leads are generated
for a particular industry – e.g. Finance, Mortgage, etc.
The questions concerning sales leads are
these. Do you have to buy sales

When you begin to explore the whole category on
Google of leads, you begin to realize that education and enlightenment about the
core of Internet Marketing should be a priority. Unless you have the
basics of marketing effectively online, you, like 95% of people in the home
business industry, are simply rolling the dice to try to make money from a home
business.
The questions enter here. Should I buy leads
to promote my business? How much do sales leads cost? What is the
ROI that I can expect from purchasing leads from a leads company? The
entire scope of building successful businesses on Google requires essential
elements be in place, before you can expect to gain any type of notoriety or
presence for your website.
I have purchased leads in the past to attempt to
build an online business. One of my first experiences with buying leads
was from a company called Xooma Worldwide. They are the originators of the
excellent ph raising sachet, that when ingested, naturally raises the ph of your
body. The product was, and is excellent. Dan Putnam, co-founder of
Xooma, had a system called the X2O builder. It was a lead management
system. The whole program was designed to load leads, which you purchased
from Dan, into the lead management system, and then call the people, take
detailed notes about your call, and hopefully, close sales. The problem
with this was the fact that the cold calls that I made were to people who did
not know me, and certainly did not like being pitched on a deal. This is
the results of buying leads that most have.
The second instance with my purchasing leads was
with Herbalife International. I joined them some years ago. Here
again, Herbalife is an excellent weight reducing system. The products are
top level and many distributors make money with the business. I joined a
new conceptual plan whereby you purchased wheel slots. A wheel slot was
100 leads. The cost of these leads was $350 per. The leads were
supposedly fresh, telephone surveyed leads. When I would make cold phone
calls to these people, I learned that the only thing fresh about the leads was
that I used fresh money to put yet another notch in the belt of the leads
brokers.
I could go on, but you get the overall picture
that I have of buying leads to build a Google business. Leads that you buy
are costly, and basically will be non-productive. In my professional
opinion, you would be much better served in spending your money for a real
Internet education, than buying leads.
The new business concept by Tom Prendergast, well
respected online marketer, and the founder of Veretekk, the state of the art

simply buy customers. We have many astute business leaders that are
liquidating their stocks, to reinvest that money into this venture as the payout
is more substantial. Personally, I like the idea of never having to put
money into a leads broker again. I find these people are ruthless in their
desire and hunger for your money, and I simply choose to not be associated with
them ever again.
